Outwardly, fairly normal.

But open my mouth and you get this "Are her teeth melting?"-effect. WHY YES, I
AM GOING TO EAT YOU.

And because I'm starting to really desperately just want my braces off, I am actually going to abide by the orthodontist's orders. Two hideous elastics in my already metal filled mouth it is. 24/7.

The best part is I overheard a 14 year old girl on the train today boasting about how she's already had braces, and has moved on to a plate. I never saw the day I would be jealous of a peep squeak and her plate. Oh woe is I!

I have never had braces. However, a friend of mine's mum has them. So you have nothing to bitch about :P

Oliver, I sure as hell hope your friend's mother has the invisalign ones or the ones that go at the back of the teeth. =/
&don't worry Sunni, just hope she's not diligent with her plate, forgets to wear it, and has wonky teeth by the time she's 17.

Be glad sunni. A friend of mine used to have a rubber bands connecting all his top teeth to all his bottom teeth. He had that whole matrix-whats-the-use-of-a-phone-when-you-can't-speak thing going.

I dunno Oliver, I don't think your friends mother needs to worry about attracting beautiful boys at uni.

THERE ARE BEAUTIFUL BOYS AT UNI? WHY DIDN'T ANYBODY TELL ME?!
