There was just another short earthquake here in Melbourne. Surely this is against plate tectonics.

actually, we live on a fault line. we're supposed to all move to tasmania.
there are fault lines in many places, but only tasmanians would have to fall back on that one to convince people to move to their state :P we are hardly considered an earthquake zone though. unless you're one of those people who like to reiterate how close northern australia is to indonesia. sometimes it's almost like a sarah palin comment on alaska and russia.
