sassafras

Photobucket

Alana and I drove to this suburb in the mountains for devonshire scones on Saturday. Isn't its name pretty? Oliver said it reminded him of the word "susurrous" (which ofcourse I didn't know the meaning of).

Sassafras makes me thinking San-Serif. Then I'm amused because they didn't used a San-Serif font.

Revilo a dit…

Susurrus - the onomatopoeic title for a soft rustling or whispering sound, like that of wind through trees or long grass.

sunni a dit…

i've looked it up.
